    BreastScreen NSW – Part of the national BreastScreen Australia program, BreastScreen NSW offers free screening mammograms to women aged 50-74, with the aim of detecting breast cancer early.

  • BRIEF

    • Partner with the NSW Department of Health to act as a content consultant on the redesign of the BreastScreen NSW website.
    • Deliver a comprehensive Recommendations Report covering information architecture, website functionality, SEO, user engagement, and mobile optimisation.
    • Develop new copy for the BreastScreen NSW website, based on the report findings.
    • Liaise with external agencies to implement content recommendations, e.g. website photography, video production etc.
  • SOLUTION

    The research report identified a wide range of opportunities to improve user experience and engagement.

    Over the course of six months, all recommendations were implemented, including an overhaul of the website structure and information architecture, new copy to better reflect the BreastScreen NSW brand and increase search engine visibility, and improvements to visual content and delivery of information.
